Yes, magicJack service comes with Call Waiting.<\/p>\n

Press the \u201cFLASH\u201d button on your telephone to switch between calls. If you don\u2019t have a flash button on your telephone, tap the hang-up button.<\/p>\n

To disable call waiting on Jack, please follow the below steps:<\/p>\n

  1. Login to your account at my.magicJack.com<\/a><\/li>\n
  2. Hover over the \u201cCall Features\u201d Tab and select \u201cAdvanced\u201d<\/li>\n
  3. \u201cCall Waiting\u201d will be the 4th option<\/li>\n
  4. Select Edit to see the options to disable the \u201cCall Waiting\u201d feature<\/li>\n
  5. Select \u201cDisable Call Waiting\u201d option, once the selection is changed, a save button will appear<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Note: magicJack does not support caller ID in tandem with call waiting.<\/p>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n\n\n \n <\/div>\n

    Setting Up a Conference Call<\/p>\n

    1. Dial 305-848-8888<\/li>\n
    2. Select the option to\u00a0Set up a Conference Call<\/strong>\u00a0and follow the prompts<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      You will create a password, and will be given a 10-digit code.<\/p>\n

      Distribute the code, time of call, and dial-in number (305-848-8888) to all conference call attendees. You may use the access code for any future conference calls, as well.<\/p>\n

      Joining a Conference Call<\/p>\n

      1. Dial 305-848-8888<\/li>\n
      2. Select the option to\u00a0Join a Conference Call<\/strong><\/li>\n
      3. Enter the pin provided to you by the conference leader<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

        Setting Up a Pinless Conference Number<\/p>\n

        1. Login to your account at\u00a0my.magicJack.com<\/a>\u00a0<\/li>\n
        2. Under the\u00a0Call Features<\/strong>\u00a0tab, select the\u00a0Pinless Conference<\/strong>\u00a0option<\/li>\n
        3. Under\u00a0Would you like a FREE number for your own Pinless Conference Room?<\/strong>\u00a0select\u00a0Yes<\/strong><\/li>\n
        4. Select the State, Area Code, and Prefix you would like for your Pinless Conference telephone number<\/li>\n
        5. Complete the order for your Free Pinless Conference number<\/li>\n
        6. Select the\u00a0Activate<\/strong>\u00a0button found next to your Pinless Conference number to activate it for use<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

          Your first Pinless Conference number is free and will remain available for 30 days from the most recent activity date. Additional Pinless Conference numbers are available for $10 USD (plus Administration Fees).<\/p>\n

          Using Your Pinless Conference Number<\/p>\n

          4. Add the attendees you wish to include in your conference call<\/li>\n
          5. Have your attendees call your Pinless Conference number. If the number from which they call has been added to your \u201cAttendees\u201d list, they will not need to enter a PIN<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

            Note:<\/strong>\u00a0Callers not included in the \u201cAttendees\u201d list will need to enter the PIN listed under the\u00a0Pinless Conference<\/strong>\u00a0option under the\u00a0Call Features<\/strong>\u00a0tab. You can edit the conference attendees list to enable or prohibit callers from joining the conference without a PIN.<\/p>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n\n\n \n <\/div>\n

            To place a call using your magicjack, simply dial the 10-digit number of the party you wish to call.<\/p>\n

            Yes, magicJack is for both outbound and inbound calls and you must choose to receive each one separately.<\/p>\n

            Upon registration, you may select a traditional ten-digit telephone number with magicJack; anyone in the world can call you.<\/p>\n

            If you select a magicNumber during registration, that number will only be able to receive calls from other magicJack customers or any other number to which you place a call. The non-magicJack customers you call from a magicNumber will see a shared ten-digit number. If that displayed number is dialed by the person you called before another customer using a magicNumber, the call will be routed to your device.<\/p>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n\n\n \n <\/div>\n
