Yes, we offer vanity or premium telephone numbers. Any number that requires an annual fee is considered a premium number. These include the following:
- Vanity: A specifically-requested combination of numbers
- Custom: Chosen from a list of available numbers
- Canadian: All Canadian numbers are considered premium
How much do premium phone numbers cost?
Premium numbers vary in price depending on the option selected. Current prices are listed below:
- Vanity numbers: $10 per year (+ applicable taxes & fees)
- Custom numbers: $3 per year (+ applicable taxes & fees)
- Canadian numbers: $10 per year (+ applicable taxes & fees)
No, we do not offer toll-free telephone numbers.
You will select a telephone number during the registration process. You will have the option to select a Canadian or vanity number for an additional $10 annual fee, a custom number for a $3 annual fee, or port an existing number for a $19.95 one-time fee. A $10 change fee may apply. All amounts listed excludes taxes & fees.
No, you are not required to give up your existing number to sign up for magicJack. You can select a new telephone number to use with your magicJack.
No, you do not need an existing landline number.
Yes, you will have the choice of area code during registration. If your area code is not listed when you select a number, please select any other number.

No, your magicJack is entirely portable. You will have the same magicJack area code and telephone number to use from anywhere in the world.
