Great news! Your telephone number is eligible to be transferred to magicJack.

To initiate your transfer or “port”, you must first purchase and register a magicJack device. Click here to purchase a device.

If you already have a registered magicJack device, you can begin the porting process! Click here to log into your magicJack account and follow these steps:

1. Hover your mouse over the “Phone Numbers” tab and then select “Transfer”
2. Click the “Port to device” button next to the magicJack device you wish to assign your ported telephone number to
3. Follow the prompts to submit your transfer request.

Additional Details about porting your telephone number:

• Your telephone number must be active and assigned to your name with the current carrier to transfer the number to your magicJack.
• Do not disconnect your service with your old provider until your telephone number port completes and you receive an email from us informing you that the port has completed.
• Porting costs a one-time, non-refundable $19.95 USD fee.
• Until the port completes, calls to the telephone number will continue to ring through to current carrier.

Porting numbers may take 10 business days or longer, especially if porting a Canadian telephone number. We will provide status updates via email.
